Re-entry is only permitted during gate hours, so please plan ahead.

The Absolute Must-Haves

Your Ticket & ID – No ID, no entry. You must be 18+ to attend, so bring a government-issued photo ID and get ready to Womp.

Your Home Base – Tent, sleeping bag, or even a decked-out RV—whatever keeps you cozy under the stars.

Festival Fits & Dance Floor Magic – Go all out! Costumes, funky outfits, flow toys—this is your time to shine.

Clothing for All Weather – Days can be hot, nights can get chilly. Bring light, breathable clothes for the daytime and warm layers for when the sun goes down. A rain jacket is a good idea, just in case.

Food & Drinks – Keep yourself fueled with your favorite snacks and beverages. Too much work? Food vendors will be on-site to satisfy your cravings.

Alcohol Policy – Alcohol is not sold on-site, but you’re welcome to bring your own—just make sure it’s not in glass containers for safety.

Safety
Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement
Womp Music Festival Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Festival") and the owners of the land on which the Festival is held (hereinafter referred to as "Land Owners")
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Festival, I, the festival-goer acknowledge, appreciate, and agree as follows:
Acknowledgment of Risks.
I acknowledge that participating in the Festival involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that these risks may arise from actions, omissions, or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, Festival participants, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, and the Land Owners.
Assumption of Risks.
I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in the Festival, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether or not described in this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Waiver of Liability. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Festival, the Land Owners, their owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and all others associated with the Festival and the Land Owners from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties, whether arising from the Festival's or the Land Owners' negligence or otherwise, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival, the Land Owners, their owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and all others associated with the Festival and the Land Owners from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties, whether arising from my negligence or otherwise, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Governing Law. This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Festival is held.
Entire Agreement. This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the undersigned and the Festival and the Land Owners and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral
